Return Policy
Items returned within 30 days of purchase with a return authorization number on the outside and inside of the return box will be credited 100%. Product returned between 31 and 60 days from purchase date is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ultradent will not accept returns after 60 days. Errors in shipment must be reported within 14 days of invoice date. All return authorization numbers become invalid 90 days after date of issue. Once the impression tray is placed in the patient’s mouth, the increased temperature causes the material to rapidly set, lowering the chance of impression distortion. We call this Thermal-Accelerated Set. Thermo Clone Alginate Alternative material fills a critical void between standard VPS/PVS and alginate product offerings.

Do you have to use a tray adhesive?
No. A tray adhesive is not required but is recommended to help ensure material adhesion to the bite tray. -
Are vinyl gloves recommended like other materials in the Thermo Clone product line or can you use latex or nitrile gloves for the Thermo Clone VPS Alginate Alternative?
Yes. Vinyl gloves are recommended when using VPS materials. Nitrile gloves can also be used. However, Latex gloves are not recommended when using VPS materials.
