Return Policy
Items returned within 30 days of purchase with a return authorization number on the outside and inside of the return box will be credited 100%. Product returned between 31 and 60 days from purchase date is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Ultradent will not accept returns after 60 days. Errors in shipment must be reported within 14 days of invoice date. All return authorization numbers become invalid 90 days after date of issue. A return authorization number must accompany all returns to receive proper credit. Please contact Customer Service at 800.552.5512 for assistance.
Limited Warranty
Ease-In-Shields inserts are a unique protective laser filtration system designed to be worn with your loupes or other eyewear. Ease-In-Shields protective inserts rest comfortably and securely behind your loupes or eyewear—including loupes with headlights—and offer incredibly fast and hygienic placement and removal. Additionally, they come with an optional head strap for use without loupes or other eyewear. They feature a lightweight and strong polycarbonate construction that is less prone to fogging and are engineered to comfortably fit all facial types and virtually any kind of eyewear.
Each Ease-In-Shields insert is designed to provide protection based on the specific wavelength and type of laser you are using—including CO2, Nd:YAG, Er:YAG, and diode lasers. The wide range of Ease-In-Shields protective inserts means there is a compatible Ease-In-Shield insert for virtually any dental laser or wavelength, including the dual-wavelength Gemini™ and Gemini EVO™ diode lasers. Additionally, specialized inserts designed for use with LED curing lights (such as VALO™ X and VALO™ Grand dental curing lights) are available that may replace your current curing light shield. Eye Protection Designed for Use with Loupes
Ease-In-Shields protective loupe inserts provide comfortable, hands-free eye protection from lasers, curing lights, and other industrial applications. Easily insert behind loupes—including loupes with headlights—or other eyewear or slide behind your loupes and fit close to the eyes so you don’t have to hold up your protective eyewear. Plus, the lightweight polycarbonate construction will not put any additional strain on your loupes so you can continue to concentrate on the procedure at hand, not your eye protection
Ease-In-Shields inserts are available in a variety of options so you can find the protection best for you and your office. And each Ease-In-Shield insert comes with an optional headstrap so you can wear them without loupes when needed.
